Yoga

Anusara yoga is the style of yoga that I learned first and teach from. The founder, John Friend, is an energetic and inspirational teacher. He put years (30+) of research and study into making his own style of yoga and is a nationally recognized teacher.  I love the beauty and peace of this style of yoga. http://www.anusara.com

The Yoga Garden is the yoga studio that hosts my meditation workshops.  Sara is a great yoga teacher and her classes are warm, friendly and fun.
